Abstract


This thesis to study the whole process of the organization of the production of special machinery Banknote Printing and Minting , statistical analysis of the various stages of the historical data , applicable and feasible solutions for some of the major issues that exist in the current production status and process . Concurrent engineering principles of organizational design , manufacturing and assembly process , enhance productivity and efficiency , and to shorten parts manufacturing cycle ; PDM product data management system to effectively manage product realization process data and in accordance with the actual plant design management process need to be an effective two- times development ; implementation of material control and assembly takt demand node control and improve the consistency of the assembly operating efficiency and process beat ; developed a production job site information management data system with inspection , inquiries , statistics , reports, and a number of features dynamic real-time monitoring of production operations at the scene , accurate capacity planning and scheduling control . Papers by a wide range of research and management and technical implementation , upgrade Banknote Printing and Minting machinery specialized production process management level , improve operating efficiency and production capacity , the effective functioning of the entire production operation and management system , high efficiency , low power consumption , and timely production of qualified products , provide equipment support for the realization of the quality and safety guaranteed issue \Views and the approach proposed in the paper can also be provided for the production of similar production characteristics of the reference of the actual theory and application implementation .
