Abstract


This thesis introduce author’s real experience that join a project team work for QX company’s vendor managed inventory project,display author’s detail work in this project from start to execute.This paper also let us see current study status for VMI on domestic and oversea,the effect to a company that purchase method and compete method changed,why we need VMI,what manufacture company can do in VMI system;it will be the next margin spring for supplier management.We can get this rooting cause for current domestic VMI system after compare with manufacture company joint or not VMI manage system;this file also reviewed the relation history for supplier and manufacture factory,the basic theory and method for supplier management,after analyze supplier evaluation,we can get a conclusion for how to operate VMI and how to reduce risk for supplier manage and control.We also reviewed QX company’s detail working flow for participate vendor managed inventory system.We can get some experience for QX company’s first stepping for VMI where we can conclusion these word from some detail lost or receive sample from QX company.This file is a good sample for domestic company if they want set up their own vendor managed inventory system
