Abstract

The development practice of the farmers’specialized cooperative economic organization shows that, as a new market form of organization, it realizes the effective docking between scattered small-scale farmers and competitive market.As a kind of active agriculture carrier,it gives a piece of new idea to increase farmers’income, to optimize the agricultural structure, to promote the development of rural economy and solve a series of the rural practical problem.The paper research on the farmers’specialized cooperative economic organization in Dalian. It is also based on the foundation of the field investigation,and the cut-in point of the research is the efficiency and influencing Factors on farmers’specialized cooperative economic organization in Dalian.According to qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis, data envelopment analysis and other methods,the paper carries out the comprehensive research on farmers’specialized cooperative economic organization in Dalian.Finally,it gives the corresponding research conclusion and put forward feasible policy proposal.The research framework of this paper is as follows:The first part is an introduction, mainly elaborated the research background and significance; this part pay attention to the research on farmers’specialized cooperative economic organization at home and abroad, especially classified for the efficiency and influencing Factors on farmers’specialized cooperative economic organization;and introduce the article structure arrangement and the choice of research methods;finally specify the possible innovation and shortage. This part is the foundation of the next step for the research.The second part is the theoretical basis of the research on farmers’specialized cooperative economic organization, at first, sorted and summarized Marxist theorists’farmers cooperation theory,such as Marx, Lenin, Stalin, Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping,and classified and summarized the modern western cooperative economic theory,such as the theory of industrial organization, system innovation theory and game theory.So that this research has a solid theoretical basis.The third part is based on Data Envelopment Analysis to measure the operation efficiency of farmers’specialized cooperative economic organization in Dalian, firstly,introduces the development situation of farmers’specialized cooperative economic organization in Dalian; secondly,introduces the efficiency measurement methods; finally,by using the collected data build the farmers’specialized cooperative economic organizations’ operation evaluation index system,and build the DEA model, uses the DEAP analysis software to calculate the operation efficiency of these twelve representative organizations among the cooperative economic organization in Dalian.Finally,get these organizations operating efficiency evaluation.The fourth part is the analysis of the influencing factors research on farmers’specialized cooperative economic organization in Dalian,classified and summarized the influencing factors of the farmers’specialized cooperative economic organization in Dalian, eventually identified as farmer factor, system factor, market factor, goodwill factors and resource factors of these five factors,by using the survey data through the establishment of the logistic regression model,by the help of SPSS 17.0,analysis these five factors,finally get the specific situation of the influencing factors research on farmers’specialized cooperative economic organization in Dalian.The fifth part is the conclusion of the thesis as well as the feasible countermeasures and suggestions of farmers’specialized cooperative economic organization in Dalian.This part is based on the normative analysis and empirical analysis about the first four parts, based on the comprehensive summary and finally gives some policy suggestions.In this paper, the empirical analysis using the survey data from twelve representative organizations of cooperative economic organization in Dalian.by constructing DEA efficiency rating model and logistic regression model to analysis the efficiency and ifluencing factors of these cooperative economic organization. For the efficiency of organization studies, the results of the model indicated,the size of farmers’specialized cooperative economic organization in Dalian is too small, and the resources waste phenomenon is widespread throughout th organization of the production process, but these problems did not reach very serious degree, overall, the operationgal state of farmers’specialized cooperative economic organization in Dalian show good running posture.In addition, the efficiency research on farmers’specialized cooperative economic organization in Dalian shows that:famers awareness of cooperative economic organization is one of the important factors about the healthy operation of the organization; cooperative economic organization funds adequacy will be impact on the farmers’specialized cooperative economic organization healthy operation; cooperative economic organization product price fluctuation degree directly related to the farmers’specialized cooperative economic organizations’health condition; cooperative economic organization leaders ability will have important and significant influence to the farmers’specialized cooperative economic organization.
