Abstract


Construction of Logistics Park is favorable to enterprises" specialization and going to scale,to play their advantages of overall edge and synergistic benefits,and will help enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,promoting regional economic development,alleviate the urban traffic pressure.Logistics Park with long construction period covers vast area and spends a large amount of money.To November 2006,the number of China’s Logistics Park is 207,including which have been in operation,which are been constructing and which are in the process of planning.But the Logistics Park vacancy rate of our country is 60%.Therefore,the scientific planning of the Logistics Park, avoiding and preventing risk from the source have become an urgent need for the planning of Logistics Park.Firstly,this article studies the Risk Identification and Occasion Analysis of Logistics Park Planning on the basis of Logistics Park Planning and risk management theory(the procedures and methods of Risk identification,the risk factors existing,the formation mechanism of risk).Secondly this article studies the Risk Assessment of Logistics Park Planning based on Analytic Hierarchy Process,Stressing the need of assessment for expert choice.Thirdly this article studies the Risk Control of Logistics Park Planning(the general strategy of risk aversion,risk prevention,and risk control).Fourthly,this article studies the procedures and content of the after the Risk Assessment of Logistics Park Planning.Lastly, this article carried out a case study.In this article introduces the risk management theory into the Logistics Park Planning which is the source of Logistics Park the first time.The article sets up the framework of risk management theory about Logistics Park Planning,giving the general risk control measures for the Logistics Park Planning.The article provides train of thought and basis for decision-makers of Logistics Park Planning.So the article is favorable to prevent and control the occurrence of risk to the utmost extent,to break away from Feedback control, to save expenses,to ensure the quality of the Logistics Park Planning.Thus the logistics park built can plays the best role.
