Abstract


Since the 1990 s, along with the information and communication technologies, offshore financial service outsourcing is becoming increasingly attractive to developed countries and developing countries with its reduce cost, highly technology-intensive, more additional value, low consumption of resources, creating employment and so on. Making endeavor to develop offshore financial service outsourcing is of great significance in helping to optimize industry structure, changing the way of trade growth and setting up the friendly-environmental and resource-conserving economy. Comparing with those of developed countries, For lack of intellectual property rights protection, and service outsourcing enterprises financing system is not perfect and the service industry development is relatively slow and so on, and our country offshore financial service outsourcing theory and practice is still in the initial stage.Faced with the important opportunity of offshore financial service outsourcing, we should give play to own superiorities to undertake offshore financial service outsourcing, make great-leap-forward development, upgrade the industrial structure, narrow the gap with developed counties,and enhance the international competitiveness of service industry.This paper takes offshore financial service outsourcing as research subject. Based on the analysis of the current situation in china and global market, emphatically analyzes and studies the macro, meso, micro factors when undertakes offshore financial service outsourcing in China, and finally propose policy recommendations. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which first introduces research purpose and significance of service outsourcing, and second recalls the classical theories of service outsourcing and reviews the relative literatures, finally shows the article’s brief contents and ideas. The second chapter analyzes the current situation of offshore financial service outsourcing about world and china. Chapter third first analyzes the macro-factors, meso-factors and micro-factors which influence the level of undertaking ability, and second uses gray relational degree theory to analyze the related factors for empirical research, finally according to the calculated results digs out the key factors. Chapter four analyzes china undertaking offshore financial service outsourcing, which has the advantages and disadvantages. According to the conclusions of previous chapters, the chapter five gives Policy recommendations, which could help china, improve its undertaking ability.The features of analytical method in this paper are as follows. The first feature is this paper has not only theoretical analysis but also empirical research. This article carries on the theoretical analysis through the macro, meso and micro perspective of three Chinese offshore financial services outsourcing and uses gray relational degree theory to analyze the related factors for empirical research with the date that author got. Secondly, this paper puts same emphasis on theoretical significance and practical significance. On one hand, the author enriches the theories of outsourcing and extends spillover conclusion to the field of offshore financial services outsourcing.On the other hand, the author closely combines this paper with the historical background nowadays and gives some feasible policy proposals.
