Abstract


The Third Party Logistics(TPL) is an outcome of logistics specialization and integration.Along with the development of economy globalization and the new markets, more and more companies tend to use service supplied by the third party.Along with the development of economy globalization and the new markets,more and more companies tend to use service supplied by the third party.After more than ten years’ development, the TPL markets have put up the characteristics with high potential,high increment speed.Most Chinese Third Party logistics companies intent to use the Third Party Logistics service in globalization.Shenyang is the capital city of Liaoning Province,and it is also the biggest central city in northeast district.As the Old Industry basis,in Northeast District,Shenyang’ bisacal economy is very abundant.In 1998,according to the city facts,Shenyang built the Zhangshi Logistics area.After then,Shenyang built Shenhai,Tiexi,Sujiatun, Hunnan,Shenbei Logistics area.Based on forecast,the Third Parry Logistics will be the main logistics form in 21 century.Shenyang’s Logistics companies are convinced of that they can develop steadily unless they vigorously develop the third Logistics Industry.Based on this,to find a right countermeasue is very important to Shenyang’s Logistics companies.There are five parts for the thesis.The first part is the introduction about the thesis’s background and the main material of the whole thesis.The second part is to introduce the basic theory of the thesis.The third part is to analyze the circumstance of Shenyang’s TPL.The forth part is the core of the thesis.It comes out there ways to impromote Shenyang’s Third-part Logistics Industry’s competition.The last part is the conclusion and expectation of the thesis.
