Abstract


Intelligent logistics dispatching system which is the core component of intelligent logistics is the best way to solve the macro-control of transport vehicle for logistics enterprise,as well as based on real-time traffic flow information to adjust the business plan,such as scheduling a series of problems.The port intelligent logistics dispatching system as an important component of the port logistics system,based on real-time traffic flow information of urban route network to address the problem of urban traffic congestion,worsening port land shortage,customer given demand.And effective valuation can help the port logistic enterprises find the gap and the cause,which motivates the port logistic enterprises using Intelligent Dispatch System of Port Logistics to strengthen its management and improve its integrated power.Due to the issues above,this paper is using SPSS 12.0 and statistics methods and the comprehensive method in combination with the Project of National Science Foundation of China(SFC) "Research on port logistics intelligent dispatching system model and key technology based on the information of route network".On the basis of the characteristics of port logistics distribution in Intelligent Dispatch System of Port Logistics and using the system of performance evaluation of other logistic enterprises and centers for reference to build the preliminary evaluation index system.And the paper will screen the evaluation indicators applying the SPSS 12.2 of clustering analysis methods and to determine the most representative index system.Secondly,using a three-element comprehensive evaluation methods based on AHP,gray evaluation theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for the evaluation.And at last,this paper will choose the comprehensive evaluation methods as real case.
