Abstract


Lung cancer has become the most important disease that lead to death among cancers in many countries in the world.Late period non-small-cell lung cancer means that the lung cancer has been in the state of metastasis.Most patients lose the opportunity of operation and have to use chemotherapy and target therapy,except those who have sole brain or adrenal metastasis.Molecular target therapy is a novel method which targets tumor occurence and advancement.The issue simply illustrates the structure and function of epidermal growth factor receptor ,the mutation of epidermal growth factor receptor gene and their usage in the therapy of late period non-small-cell lung cancer.
