Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of YB - 1 protein and P53 protein in epithelial ovarian tumor . Methods Immunohistochemical SP method detected six cases of benign ovarian epithelial five cases of borderline and 50 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer tumor samples YB -1 and P53 protein expression . YB-1 protein in ovarian epithelial benign , borderline tumors had no expression : positive epithelial ovarian cancer was 46% , a significant difference (X - 2 = 4.6836,3.9531 , P <0.05 ) , malignant group YB-1 protein expression was regardless of the type of organization (x ~ 2 = 0.098, P> 0.05); (x ~ 2 = 1.8304,0.9580, P> 0.05) clinical stage Ⅰ, Ⅱ positive rate of less than Ⅲ , Ⅳ stage has nothing to do with the degree of differentiation (x ~ 2 = 13.70, P <0.05). P53 -positive expression rate of epithelial ovarian tumors are malignant group was significantly higher than the benign group and borderline group ( x ~~ 2 = 6.2566 , P <0.05 ; x to 2 = 5.3036 , P <0.05 ) ; vicious group of P53 protein expression was The organization is independent of the type of ( x ~~ 2 = 0.005 , P > 0.05 ) ; G1, G2 level of positive expression rate was significantly lower than in G3 (x 2 = 5.154 , P <0.05 ; x to 2 = 7.54 , P <0.05 ) ; clinical I , phase II - positive rate of less than Ⅲ, Ⅳ stage ( x ~~ 2 = 5.236 , P < 0.05 ) . In epithelial ovarian cancer , YB- 1 protein expression and P53 protein closely related (r = 0.369, P <0.01). Conclusion YB- 1 protein and P53 and occurrence of ovarian cancer, epithelial ovarian cancer , the development of related joint detection can be used as to determine the condition , prognosis laboratory parameters , and provide a new target for the biological treatment of epithelial ovarian cancer .
