Abstract

Objective: Breast cancer is one of the common malignant tumor in women , and its recurrence , metastasis is an important reason to affect patient quality of life and survival time . This paper aims to explore the impact of breast cancer lymph node metastasis in 40 cases of breast tumors and 80 cases of human breast invasive ductal cancer tumor tissue VEGF-C, VEGF-D and its receptor VEGFR-3 detection . Analysis of the relationship between the factor within the breast tissue lymphatic different expression and axillary lymph node metastasis , and explore the possible mechanism of action undertaken in the lymphatic metastasis of tumor lymphangiogenesis in breast cancer may be clinical judgment whether there is lymph node metastasis new effective method . Methods : Envision two-step method of immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections of 80 cases of human breast invasive ductal carcinoma and 40 cases of breast fibroma detection , observation of VEGF-C , VEGF - D and its receptor VEGFR-3 in the expression state . Respectively , through an optical microscope to analyze the results of immunohistochemical staining . Then if there are differences in the statistical analysis of specimens with lymph node metastasis and without lymph node metastasis specimens expression . Results : 40 cases of breast tumor tissue samples found no expression of VEGF-C, VEGF-D and its receptor VEGFR-3 in . 80 cases of breast cancer with lymph node metastasis in 52 cases . 58 cases positive for VEGF-C expression , the positive rate was 72.5% ( 58 / 80 ) ; positive lymph node metastasis was 80.8 % ( 42 /52 ) , VEGF -C was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis . 62 patients with VEGF-D positive expression , the positive rate was 77.5% ( 62 / 80 ) ; including lymph node metastasis -positive rate of 80.8 % ( 42 /52 ) , VEGF -D and breast cancer lymph node metastasis was a positive correlation . VEGF-C, VEGF-D and its receptor VEGFR-3 were significantly correlated . Conclusion: VEGF-C, VEGF-D, the expression status of breast cancer lymph node metastasis in breast cancer cells . Lymph node metastasis of breast cancer VEGF - C, VEGF -D and its receptor VEGFR - 3 expression and without lymph node metastasis group statistically significant difference , suggesting that VEGF -C , VEGF -D and its receptor VEGFR- 3 expression and lymph node metastasis of breast cancer are closely related. VEGF-C, VEGF-D may be the primary beside secretion relationship important regulators to each other around the foci of tumor cells and lymphatic endothelial cells may play an important role in lymphatic metastasis .
