Abstract


The port is the backing of economic development opening to the outside world, a city correctly of planning and development of the port, and even it is essential that the economy of the whole area is promoted. Changsha port is the main port of inland river of the whole country and important hub of communications of middle part, it is the economic development of Changsha, riverine industrial Construction of Expo Garden and the important support of economic developing by integration of a pool grows, it is the important foundation on which Hunan Province and the Yangtze River valley and overseas market strengthen to economic cooperation, launch interflow of commodities. However, there are harbors that are located in the centre of the city in Changsha, narrow and small in the land-based area, the goods for import are affected greatly by traffic of market, the development space is limited, in addition mechanical equipment is mostly seven, were invested in the construction of in the eighties, outmoded to wear out, the new demand of two type social economic development of a pool that have not met growing yet. So in order to adapt to growing in a pool" The two type society " Development advantage of requiring is it of giving full play to Changsha water transport and port it is resources-conserving environment-friendly, optimize the port overall arrangement, promote the ability of port, it is extremely urgent to coordinate and handle the relation with economic development, urban construction of development of port well. This text attempts to record the natural condition, infrastructure current situation and port operation state of Changsha port in detail from the angle of planning and development of port. The focal point herein is using and planning the means, analyse in depth, study the existing problem in Changsha port, explore the characteristic of planning and development of Changsha port and general rule of development, put forward basic thinking and concrete measure to that how to speed up the development of Changsha port finally, make every effort to give play to the role of certain guidance in the planning and development of Changsha port. This text mainly adopts research approaches such as the research of the documents and materials, statistical analysis, comparative analysis and field investigation,etc.. This text is divided into six seals altogether, chapter one is introduction, the port economy of chapter two and rule of development, the characteristic of port development of main analysis and general rule of development; Advantage terms of development of Changsha port of chapter three and analysis of current situation of the development, combine local economic development emphatically, analyze the position advantage of development of Changsha port in terms of regional economic development, it is one of the light spots herein; Subject problem existing in planning and development of Changsha port of chapter four; Chapter five accelerates basic thinking and concrete measure of planning and development of Changsha port, it is a focal point herein.
