Abstract


Enterprise sustainable competitive advantage theory, as the strategic management frontier theory, is on the risk.And the theoretical system is far from formation. What’s more, from the perspective of enterprise sustainable competitive advantage cultivate strategic research is much rarer. With the arrival of the knowledge economy century, the depth of the reformation in economic system and the up-grading of the industrial structure, competition form has occurred profound changes , and has changed the way of thinking at the same time. In the new environment condition, enterprise needs a new theory to guide practice activities. Therefore, this thesis research is of great theoretical and realistic significance.With the analysis and research of the documents,which are mainly about the organizational learning theory,competitive advantages and sustained competitive advantage theory,to explore the source of enterprise sustainable competitive advantages, the formation mechanism and its evolution generating path;Also established the related concept model,through the questionnaire survey to collect data and the form of empirical test. Through the study, we draw the main following conclusions:1.Enterprise sustainable competitive advantages are made up of four key elements: the key resources, organizational learning, core competence, market-driven strategy;2.Key resources plays the role of media in the formation process of the enterprise of its sustainable competitive advantages;Core competence is the bearing and engine in the enterprise sustainable competitive advantage generate path;3.Market-driven strategy is the important weapon of enterprise sustainable competitive advantages;4.Finally, in the above research conclusion, and on the basis of combining with practice, this study was proposed based on organizational learning from the perspective of enterprise sustainable competitive advantage foster’s three strategic path.
