Objective: Determination of pediatric asthma attack of cold, heat Asthma serum total IgE (T-IgE) levels and allergens, determination of peripheral blood eosinophil count (EOS), to explore its relationship with the TCM syndromes; observation of children's asthma attack period between TCM syndrome, explore the microscopic mechanism of attack of chills and fever whooping disease. Method: in accordance with the forward-looking simple randomized trials to collect experimental standard asthma exacerbation of hot whooping, cold whooping children of 80 cases, detection of allergens, serum T-IgE and peripheral blood of the EOS observe the test results with TCM relations, the use of statistical software SPSS13.0 processing observations. Results: The study collected to meet the inclusion criteria of cases 80 cases, the maximum age of 11 years old, the minimum age of 3 years old. Hot whooping children with 42 cases, 26 males and 16 females, with an average age of 4.87 ± 2.09 years; cold whooping-type children 38 cases, 23 males and 15 females, average age 4.55 ± 1.87 years. Chills and fever Asthma group of children, men and women age, gender differences in P values> 0.05, comparable. All children are able to detect allergens, 80 patients (100%) can detect major allergens, 69 patients (86.2%) were able to detect allergens, mites and insects, 55 patients (68.7%) can be detected in meat allergens, 47 patients (68.7%) were able to detect fish allergens, 39 patients (48.7%) were able to detect common chemicals, allergens, 37 patients (46.2%) can be detected in dairy allergens, 35 patients (43.7%) were able to detect allergens in food additives, 29 patients (36.2%) were able to detect the beverage allergens . All children identified allergens types and allergens number more. All kinds of allergens in the cold, hot Asthma distribution by x ~ 2 test, P> 0.05, the difference was not statistically significant. Two sample t-test, P <0.05, significant differences T-IgE levels hotter cold whooping Group whooping significantly higher. Two sample t-test, P <0.05, significant differences cold the wheeze group of EOS hotter levels of whooping significantly higher. By linear correlation analysis found that T-IgE and EOS level of asthma was positively correlated (r = 0.372, P <0.05). Conclusion: Murrah bio-resonance treatment system can be used in children with asthma allergen detection. Asthma attack with T-IgE and EOS increased closely related to pediatric asthma exacerbation of cold syndrome T-IgE level EOS significantly higher than the thermal Asthma. 4. Asthma T-IgE and EOS levels were positively correlated. 5 cold whooping, hot Asthma serum T-IgE, EOS level differences may be related to the different types of children with physical, Evils different \
