Abstract

Objective To study the effect of chronic renal failure syndromes and micro indicators relationships with several pharmacological means, screened with chronic renal failure dampness microscopic blood stasis syndrome related indicators for the clinical syndrome to provide a more accurate basis. Research Methods prospective cross-sectional study of methods, consistent with chronic renal failure in Western medicine diagnosis and criteria for inclusion in this study 80 patients from three Chinese deputy chief physician (or higher qualification level) in strict accordance with \Research guidelines \groups. All patients were included in the study conducted fasting venous blood triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), apolipoprotein B (APO-B), endothelin (ET), Nitric oxide (NO), the plasma anticoagulant protein C (PC), leptin (LP) of detection, and record the data. SPSS13.0 statistical software to establish a database application, using mathematical statistical analysis of chronic renal failure dampness stasis syndrome group and non-dampness stasis syndrome group differences in the micro indicators to further explore with chronic renal failure, blood stasis syndrome associated dampness micro-indicators, the initial formation of chronic renal failure dampness new clinical syndrome blood stasis mode of thinking. Results 1 through t-test and rank sum test, triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), apolipoprotein B (APO-B), endothelin (ET ), nitric oxide (NO), plasma anticoagulant protein C (PC), leptin (LP) and other micro indicators in patients with chronic renal failure dampness stasis syndrome group and non-dampness stasis syndrome group no statistical difference between the meaning of . 2 Logistic regression analysis failed to screen out chronic renal failure dampness stasis syndromes influential micro indicators. Conclusions 1. The results suggest that the two groups failed to observe microscopic TCM syndrome patients with type indicators statistically significant, considering chronic renal failure patients TCM syndrome may not exist in wet muddy wet muddy blood stasis and non-stasis Blood differences. There are two possible, on the one hand, possible that all patients with chronic renal failure are present dampness stasis pathogenesis, on the other and vice versa. Based on results of this study, the authors believe that future clinical studies can be expanded to increase sample size or other avenues of research, continue to thoroughly investigate the dampness stasis syndrome pathogenesis of chronic renal failure in patients who position. TCM subjective determination of macroscopic differentiation for the experts , there may be the result of biased. In the next step of the study should be possible to reduce to a minimum the above biased. 4 This study was to explore the use of micro-indicators auxiliary TCM mode of thinking, in order to achieve further improve the accuracy of TCM, establish the number of science-related statistics equations. TCM can improve the accuracy of the future to provide a new reference model.
