Abstract


Background Currently, sexually transmitted gradually become China's AIDS epidemic, the main route of transmission; floating population growth is one of the important factors to promote the epidemic rise. Change personal behavior is the most important way to reduce the spread of AIDS, behavior change theory to understand why people engage in dangerous behavior or adoption of health behavior. Consider the public health challenges of the rapid response measures to reduce the floating population of risky sexual behaviors, promote condom use behavior change is of great significance to the large number of floating population and the AIDS epidemic in progress. The aim of the present study was aimed at understanding HIV-related sexual risk behaviors floating population happened, and condom use, to explore the potential impact of factors of the reasons floating population risky sexual behaviors and condom use behavior change, public education and interventions for the floating population of AIDS prevention provide the basis and recommendations. The results suggest that the the floating population lacks easy perceptual knowledge and sense of responsibility for AIDS / STD awareness and prevention of AIDS related attitude dispersed reasonable decision and into the lower capacity to act. This crowd is an urgent need to correct publicity and interventions related knowledge. Effective and comprehensive AIDS prevention interventions should be integrated model of psychological, social, and behavioral intervention. The community should be concerned about the flow of life and mental health of the population, to promote healthy sexual attitudes, the concept of love and social behavior norms. Should adopt comprehensive measures to promote sexual responsibility at the same time, improve the understanding of the current population and health risks, and provide them with the necessary condom use cognitive and behavioral skills and communication skills.
