Detective Novels of Ming Dynasty to undertake under the premise of the Yuan Dynasty \This novel style is unique from the outset, with extensive , so study the trajectory of its evolution not only to break above bound , multi-angle , multi - level contemplation , and its historical value and position should carry out a comprehensive evaluation and positioning . In a sense, the detective novels of the Ming and Qing dynasties can be seen as the basic shape of the legal system of ancient Chinese literary texts , the basic characteristics of both the legal literature and documentary literature .
