Abstract


With the continuous development of international practice , the reality of national jurisdiction showing a tendency to weaken , facing some kind of shake on the basis of the territorial jurisdiction ; close cooperation between countries can achieve difficult to achieve the interests of individual countries , national interests the outcome of the game is the pursuit of common interests , thus the birth of the international organizations to further deepen the complexity of national jurisdiction , reflecting in the same time limit the jurisdiction of the extension of the jurisdiction of transferring the power of the state mechanism organizations modifications and extensions. Grasp the development trend of national jurisdiction , will be conducive to effectively maintain jurisdiction over the exercise of jurisdiction in order to achieve the maximization of national interests .
