Applying questionnaire investigation,experiment and statistics: taking internet addiction college students as objects,the paper compared the date of before experiment about internet addiction symptom,the body form,physiology enginery,physical constitution and mental health situation with the date of after experiment between experimental group and control group,studying the mechanism resulting in index changes, aiming at offering the therapy measure and means for internet addiction college students and riching theory system of prevention and cure for internet addiction.Results as follows:1) After doing aerobic exercise 10 weeks,The objects showed out obvious improvement on forcing symptoms such as getting on the Internet behavior,getting on the Internet avoidincutting off reaction,the bear of internet addiction,healthy, communication and time administration,and the degree of internet addiction lessened.There were more than 50%objects who received efficiency by doing aerobic exercise.2) After doing aerobic exercise 10 weeks,body fat proportion of experimental objects was fall off,on the other hand,thin weight was growth.3) After doing aerobic exercise 10 weeks,the cardiopulmonary function and eyesight of experimental objects was improved,synchronously,the simple reaction time in sound was decreased.4) After doing aerobic exercise 10 weeks,upper and lower limbs strength,stamina and equilibrium of experimental objects were creased.5) After doing aerobic exercise 10 weeks,mentality situation of experimental objects were obviously improved.
