Abstract


Outward bound is under the hypothesis scene or the specific environmental condition,take the bodily activity as the main carrier, take plays as the major activity form,lets the team and personal experience a series of tests,raises the healthy psychological quality, the positive enterprising life manner,the enhancement team realizes, finally causes own through the mental pattern change behavior to change the one.Since it was introduced into China in 1995,it has been playing an effective role in human resources development and team building.In addition to enterprises,recent years also witness attention to outward bound from the circle of college physical education(PE),where people are discussing how to incorporate outward experiential training into general PE courses in colleges.The relation of outward bound and college PE courses serves as the object of the current study,to Chinese Geology University,Beijing Sports University pedagogy 2004 level of education institutes take as an elective the outward bound session the student carries on the analysis through the questionnaire survey.This research uses the measuring tool is "the self-respect quantity(SES)"(Resenberg,1965) and "Society Adaptiveness Diagnosis Meter"(richang deng,1999)In the thesis,a lot of theoretical studies and practical researches are conducted,then findings are analyzed and the hypothesis is argued for.By means of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire method,mathematical statistics and logic analysis,it is finally concluded as below:1 The tranging way and the tranging effect of the Outward Bound has already obtained people’ s approval,and developed in the national scople,enters to the team construction and the staff trains of the company and the enterprise. 2 According to the survey of Beijing Universities which have already practiced The Outward bound C(?)rse,we can draw a conclusion that The Outward bound Course has a favorable foreground.The university related department can open optional courses or compulsory courses base on the students’ various requirements.It is a feasible solution for the university PE teaching reform so as to fit demands of the society3 Based on the research,I think the general university can successful develop the outward bound course since they make good use of the existing conditions,in addition to refer to the outward bound method to chose the appropriate programs.4 In accordance with the pulse testing of the undergraduates,I found the outward bound course program can enhance students’ pulse,the hearts’ function and boost up the corporeity quality,furthermore,it can reform the undergraduates’ healthy psychology,proper pride and the adapt ability.
