Abstract


Swimming is one of most popular sports in China.Its level of development is close to the building of swimming pool.In recent years, as China’s economic restructuring,the natatorium is the essential institutional reform,the main symbol is the social and industrial development of the swimming pool that unique competitive advantages rapidly development and gradually evolved into a certain scale,meanwhile showed that the broad market prospects.The recent 50 years,the Beijing sports has undergone enormous changes,the building of the swimming have also leapfrog development.From the late 1990s,operating Natatorium as the bamboo shoots after the rain appeared swiftly in all corners of Beijing,which showed a good momentum of development.In this context.Through this issue,"the fifth national census in the stadium," the results of further analysis,the Beijing operation with the construction of the stadium and the practice which committed to the task of operating in Beijing for the natatorium study identify the operators of swimming pool construction,management and use the advantages of problems.Then explore how to play pool construction business in the course with its advantages,overcome disadvantage,identify its impact on the development of the internal laws and mechanisms,focused on our experience and lessons in order to promote sports which operated in Beijing to sustained,healthy and stable development.The research that study the status of Natatorium by China scholars are also very little, because of the fast development of the domestic economy,Natatorium on the status of Beijing’s business,operating performance and management of the study is not very full.Natatorium of the Beijing operation has lagged behind the data which does not accurately analyse the current problems.Therefore,this option "Study on present situation of operating natatorium in Beijing" specific operating Natatorium topics for research, We do hope that it can play a promotion role in the development for the Beijing stadium.In this paper,using literature,expert interviews,statistics analysis,and field research methodology,the municipality of operating Natatorium investigation.The results showed that the development of operating Natatorium exist such as:the uneven distribution of development,the inefficient use of swimming pool,higher operating costs, aging business model,open limited,marketing dropping behind,economic components or financing methods being a single issue.On this basic,there are the following initial countermeasure after a roundly analyse:(1) relevant departments of government should strengthen the management of the macro-control development of natatorium;(2)constitute business diversified investment strategy that encourage the development of the swimming pool construction,according to its own the actual situation of swimming pool,use flexible mode;(3) Increase the opening of natatorium;(4) promote the reasonable price strategy and the development of popular swimming;(5) learn from Japan,the United States, Hong Kong and other places of outstanding operating Natatorium mode of operation in order to accelerate membership of the Beijing Municipal Natatorium operating in the trade;(5) the management mode of Museum can borrow from Japan,Europe and other countries Natatorium’s,and promote the development of Natatorium through the enterprise management.
