Abstract


The research on the relationship between teachers and students has always be one of critical parts in education research area.It is the most basic educational relationship,it plays important role for effective teaching,the students’ growth,construction of campus and national developing. But before the study mainly aims at the relationship of elementary and middle school,the research achievements on the relationship between university teachers and students are few regardless of homeland and overseas.As the university important role for teachers and students, the relationship pattern between them decides the quality of talents cultivating and the development direction of the higher education.Therefore,the research on the relationship between university teachers and students is a significant topic.Harmony is an important concept of constructing nicety nation.It has becoming our national aim and demand.As the important parts of harmonious society,the university should be harmonious and modern which manifest the essence of Socialism University.The relationship between teachers and students is the most basic educational relationship,its harmonious play important role.The characteristic of harmonious relationship between university teachers and students should be respectable and understandable,recognizable and love with each other, delighted and vital,cooperative and participatory,thanksgiving and permanent.They embody and apply the harmony.The study consists of four parts.The first part is introduction,the research including the research reasons,research significance,research method,the narration study of homeland and overseas.The second part,define relationship between university teachers and student,conclude the characters of relationship between university teachers and students.And generalize the three transformations of relationship between university teachers and students.Third part,on the basis of literature analysis and investigation,it analyses present situation of the relationship between university teachers and students in our country universities,the main problem is that the relationship is becoming unbalance,passive indifferent and vulgar.Find out the five reasons.The fourth part,define harmonious relationship between university teachers and student,conclude the characters of harmonious relationship between university teachers and students.At last propose the counter measure of constructing the harmonious relationship between university teachers and students.
