Based on this, based on field research of primary and secondary school teachers' tacit knowledge sharing status and problems through the analysis of social software knowledge management function to build the model based on social software teachers tacit knowledge sharing, and in under the guidance of the attempt to build a social software-based the teachers knowledge sharing network platform.
