Abstract


With the promotion of higher education reform and the process of education information , promote teaching methods into university repository platform to promote the professional development of teachers and students . But existing university repository ignored the people the \By this author introduced knowledge management theory and web2.0 concept proposed research - based on web2.0 concept of a learning repository . Based on literature research and resource library at home and abroad Analysis carried out the following research : 1 . Explains the connotation and extension of the concept of the library and learning resource library ; integration into the social constructivism , humanistic learning theoretical point of view , by theoretical analysis discusses the concept of a learning resource library learning , learners view and resource view . Summarized refining ideas and web2.0 concept of knowledge management repository design new ideas , from the perspective of knowledge management and web2.0 applications . Mature web2.0 applications designed theoretical framework can achieve a learning resource library and user function model , and from the resources provided , knowledge management , user incentives and support services in four dimensions repository compared to the advantages of traditional repository . Highlight the features of the repository is a valuable personalized polymerization generated by the user in the learning process , the dynamic resource showing individual Knowledge Base Knowledge Base groups , organizations knowledge base level . With learning theory , from the application point of view of the repository , design individualized learning mode based repository and collaborative learning mode , discusses the repository of these two types of learning mode support . 5 by design related cases point to understand the resource library resources building and its personal significance to construct , the role of the intellectual resource generation and accumulation of organizational resources .
