Abstract


In the past 30 years, the pace of the development of tourism is fast in some area, but it is slow in other area. There is the difference of national economy, the difference of the condition of the infrastructure which service and support tourism and the difference of the tourism resource characteristic in different area. Which have an critical effect on the pattern of the tourism development. According to the relation between the tourism industry’s and the nation economy level, there are two categories of the tourism development pattern; they are the lagged type and the "ahead" type.The development pattern has the most profound effect on the tourism scenic area, showing the overall effect of the tourism scenic area’s development. In this paper, Shichahai and Yuntaishan which have the more remarkable characteristic of two types are chosen as the case to study comparatively. In the paper, the sentiment index is a tool to measure the tourist scenic area’s overall development quantitatively, and study comparatively.According to the contrastive analysis of the second-level index, the author draws out some hot topics, for example, tourism reforming, tourism income structure and so on. In the fifth chapter, these topics are analyzed profoundly and some viewpoints: Firstly, it is inevitably to tourism reforming in our country, but it is not the vacation-taking substitution for the sightseeing so called a turning to a new generation. Secondly, there are four kinds of tourism scenic area; people must discriminate to deal with the tickets price.With those empirical statistics and analysis, the conclusion can be drawn: the two types of the tourism development pattern are valid, but there is different in the condition to suit. Shichahai is the successful model of the lagged pattern, and Yuntaishan is the successful model of the "ahead" pattern.
