Abstract


Society has always emphasizes harmony, the 21st century is based on and for you . The primary goal is the development of tourism to achieve sustainable tourism development, but the more important goal is the the destination community economic, social, cultural and environmental harmony together . Therefore, community participation in tourism is the inevitable trend of current and future development of tourism in the sustainable development of the final choice of tourist destination . On the whole , the domestic community participation in tourism is still in its infancy , there is no mechanism to give guidance , the lack of a sound management system to regulate them , and the corresponding emergence of many problems , it still has its practical significance in the study of community participation in tourism . A lot of literature and sufficient empirical research based on the theory of sustainable development , social exchange theory and interests related to theory -based , select of Hunan Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture Deben Miao Village , through interviews and questionnaires Deben Miao Village residents to participate in tourism awareness , participation in tourism planning , participating in tourism activities and gains involved in tourism-related training , and to participate in the course of the tourism analysis, we found Deben Miao community involvement at a low level . The same time , I Deben Miao Village Residents' perception , the inhabitants are divided into four categories : ardent supporter of contradictions and supporters , cautious supporters and indifferent supporters were analyzed , and the differences in perception of different types of residents travel In addition , the main demographic characteristics of community residents perceived the analysis, the results show that by educational attainment and occupation to the residents perceived the greatest impact . On this basis , the author proposed mode for Deben Miao Village involved in tourism : the government corporations Rural Tourism Association mode and the corresponding mechanisms of participation : participation in the planning and decision-making mechanism , the mechanism for the distribution of benefits , education and training mechanisms , consulting exchange mechanism safeguards mechanism , provide some basis for the Deben Scenic tourism and community development .
