Abstract


Innovation is the soul of a nation's progress , is an inexhaustible motive force for national prosperity . As mankind enters the accelerated pace of the era of knowledge economy , improve the capability of independent innovation of the Chinese nation , building an innovative country , has become an important basic national policy . As General Secretary Hu Jintao stressed : \application of the main body and innovations , to enhance the capability of independent innovation of enterprises . \Since the reform and opening up , private enterprise has become a new focus of concern of the community with its strong growth dynamic and innovative power . From the status of the development of private enterprises in China , despite the Zhejiang Geely , Chint number of outstanding enterprises in the forefront of independent innovation , but due to the size and strength limitations the truly independent innovation of private enterprises in the overall the proportion is still relatively small . Especially private enterprises as the western region of Xinjiang . Xinjiang itself is in remote underdeveloped areas lack sufficient reserve of knowledge and experience in technological innovation , organization and processes of modern production technology innovation , coupled with the tilt of national policy , which makes how to enhance the competitiveness of private enterprises in Xinjiang to become an urgent problem problems. Learn from the experience of developed countries and regions at home and abroad , I think , build the private enterprise independent innovation system , and enhance the capability of independent innovation of private enterprise is the key to solve the problem . This paper attempts from the introduction of innovation theory , by drawing on the practical experience of the developed countries and regions at home and abroad to enhance the capability of independent innovation , combined with the the Xinjiang regional situation , recommending concrete measures proposed to enhance the independent innovation of private enterprises in Xinjiang , in order to achieve faster of private enterprises in Xinjiang development.
