Abstract


This article summarizes the Chinese-foreign performance management theories, investigates Ling Zhi PR company performance management system,introduces recently published literature,uses management and economic relevant theories,adopts theoretical inference and the empirical study and indicates decision suggestion.This article solves problems such as how to quantify the performance indicators and how to design a performance management system,etc.In summary and analysis of practical experience of the performance management system designation in PR company at a growth stage,the article about performance management theory and its implementation comes into being.Finally,this paper abstracts and advances the theory to make the designed performance management system available to other types of companies.
