Abstract


In economies in transition period , due to asymmetric information , the bank in order to avoid the risk of moral hazard and adverse selection , small and medium enterprises in the financing process facing credit rationing, corporate banking credit facilities with considerable difficulty . When the enterprise can not be financed through bank credit , commercial credit as a form of \an important alternative. Already influencing factors for of SME commercial credit financing research focused at the organizational level , \\This article through questionnaires and interviews , from \Through empirical analysis , the main conclusions of this paper are: enterprise scale and the number of the bank 's cooperation , the business situation of enterprises and SME Business Credit financing has significantly negative sexual relationship ; values ??the integrity of the factor , and the Confucian values ??factor on the small and medium-sized have a positive impact on the relationship between business owners values ??, conservative negative factor for small business owners commercial credit financing ; gender of small business owners and their commercial credit financing no significant sexual relationship between the age of small business owners Business credit financing has a significant positive correlation between academic and commercial credit financing for SMEs has a significant negative sexual relationship .
