Abstract


This paper,is based on the perspective of industrial organization,to use the theoretical of industrial organization and competitiveness for the study foundation,to the steel industry for the empirical analysis of the object,theoretical analysis the relationship of the organizational structure of industry and industrial competitiveness,clearly:Industrial Organization to maintain a good competitive and cooperation of industrial development are the most direct external environment,industrial competitiveness virtual in real terms in the capacity of industrial organization are reflected in the market.Through the evaluation of China’s iron and steel on the status of industrial competitiveness and industrial organization structure,quantitative analysis of China’s steel industry and industrial structural elements related to the degree of profitability for China’s iron and steel industry in market conduct and competition results have also been a qualitative analysis of.In addition,because of China’s steel industry is still in the planned economy to market economy in transition stages of the special nature of nurture in the industry’s own industrial competitiveness is a process should be a constant from its own industrial structure adjustment process.Finally,we come to conclusion as to how to improve the environment of industrial organization,optimize the industrial structure,and enhance the industrial competitiveness.
