Abstract


At present, China is implementing the development strategy of building a harmonious society , \Financial tsunami triggered intensified the problem of unemployment of migrant workers to return home , the gravity of the employment problem in the form of farmers . Studies folk innovator entrepreneurial issues , is of great significance to venture to promote the employment of farmers . Entrepreneurial success is a complex activity , affected by various factors , the quality of entrepreneurs , business projects , reasonable construction of the entrepreneurial team , and entrepreneurial environment will have a major impact on business success , is the interaction between the various elements , these effects the interaction between the factors , the combined effects of the success of entrepreneurial activity . This thesis is to study the quality of entrepreneurs , business projects , entrepreneurial team , and the entrepreneurial environment of business folk innovator . Such as : the prerequisite to study civil innovators and successful entrepreneurs qualities differences ; applied to the business of civil innovative projects ; reasonable folk innovators entrepreneurial team formation and civil innovator entrepreneurial environment in which the status quo. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: folk innovation to enhance their entrepreneurial qualities affect the success and the key factors ; civil innovative projects can greatly enhance the value of additional entrepreneurial success weight ; reasonable construction of the entrepreneurial team is an important factor to improve the entrepreneurial success probability .
