The Sarbanes-Oxley Act , the full name of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), the United States enacted a bill aims to strengthen the supervision of listed companies , improve governance and improve investor confidence . The terms of the bill in the 302 and 404 needs with IT information systems and adapt . Existing IT governance practices , COSO and COBIT specification is widely accepted standardized evaluation norms . This article points to start from the top , focusing on the requirements of SOX authority control and resource management , enterprise information systems , the analysis required to comply with SOX and reach functions and requirements of these two aspects . Finally, based on the analysis concluded that , under the SOA architecture designed to comply with the Act and SOX Complier model . SOX Complier combined permissions analysis and audit control functions , provide a range of services for enterprise-wide systems and management components , enterprise information systems to improve the safety and efficiency , reduce bills compliance costs , in order to achieve faster and better follow the SOX Act purposes.
