Abstract


With rapid economic growth in last 20 years or more, China has experience dramatic changes as these: Traditional industries have been arriving at the stage of maturity; industrial competitions have been more and more fierce; business environment has been server. Under these conditions, innovative enterprises are considered major contribution to providing advanced production and service, promoting technical progress, expanding employment and improving competitiveness of national economy. Especially in time of Knowledge-based Economy, the strategic significance of project oriented innovative enterprises in national economy has been increasingly marked. Development of innovative enterprises can not be apart from innovation, nor can enterprise management. Project oriented innovative enterprises’employee performance evaluation is an important component in enterprise management. Furthermore, an exploration of management method of project oriented innovative enterprise.This paper analyzed connotation and feature of innovation and characteristic of project oriented innovative enterprises on the basis of associated literature. And systematically built the structure of project oriented innovative enterprises’employee performance evaluation system by referring to an employee performance evaluation model which was created based on the trait of employee’s work in project oriented innovative enterprises. The main points are as following:1. Analyzed features of innovative enterprises and trait of their employee’s work. The result was based on associated literature and applied into creating model for project oriented innovative enterprises’employee performance evaluation.2. Built the structure of project oriented innovative enterprises’employee performance evaluation system. Innovative enterprises’employee performance evaluation system was built based on the model mention in point 1. And the system was fatherly developed to be applicable in project oriented innovative enterprises.3.Applied into practice. A performance system was built and monitored based on the model and system mentioned above. The efficiency of the system has been proved by applying to practice in project oriented innovative enterprises.
