Abstract


Guodian Liaocheng of Shandong Province power plant currently has two large generating units of 600 MW subcritical , the planned overhaul of the two units is a complex project involves a lot of manpower , material and financial resources , can further improve the existing maintenance project management potential. This thesis described the general theory of production and operations management , project management , and analysis process and the status quo of Liaocheng Power Plant the Large Generator Maintenance Project Management to identify and abroad, the same type of power plant maintenance project management phase than the existing differences. Through the entire repair process quality control , cost control , and through the establishment of the mathematical model on the way overhaul progress control of the entire overhaul project . This thesis make electricity production enterprise the overhaul project management standards and calculation model , and effectively improve the management level of power plant maintenance projects in order to achieve the Public overhaul project duration , quality controlled, controllability , in control .
