Abstract


The initiative and control of the money supply endogenous interested in the money supply impact , increase the difficulty of the central bank's monetary policy operations . The study of money supply endogeneity able to open the adjustment and improvement of the economic conditions of China 's monetary policy provide a theoretical basis , has important theoretical and practical significance . In this paper, a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis , qualitative and quantitative analysis method of combining two aspects from the base currency and monetary multiplier argument endogenous factors in China 's money supply . In this paper, the analysis of these factors , China 's base money and the money multiplier existence of certain endogenous , these endogenous factors impact the initiative and control of the money supply in China . In recent years , China 's money supply regulation analysis and evaluation of future regulation of the supply of money in the financial crisis situation . In order to reduce the endogenous factors in the monetary supply in China , this paper presents recommendations to improve monetary policy initiative and the effects of monetary policy .
