Abstract


Vendor differentiation decision - making more scientific , Game Analysis of the influencing factors that determine the differences in the degree of oligopoly firms . First , the analysis of the impact of the cost difference between the degree of vendor differentiation strategy . The study showed that : the cost lead vendors to force competitors away from their own , or even withdraw from the market . Secondly, the establishment of the transportation costs under asymmetric game model, and discusses the relevance of the competitors differentiation strategy with its transportation costs . Thirdly, consumer distribution unevenness under the conditions of differentiation . The study showed that: as long as there are vacancies in the market , manufacturers are always trying to grab the consumer distribution is more concentrated at . The rational potential entrants do not have the cost advantage should be taken maximum differentiation strategy ; obvious cost advantage , it should be diametrically opposed to forcing competitors to make room . Fourth , the quality of the game model shows that : the manufacturers as the high-quality , high positioning its long-term goal ; However , in the short term , the manufacturers should be determined according to their product quality, the quality of competition with competitors blindly without considering the cost of quality is not worth the candle . Fifth, establish brand advertising model , reveal the brand and advertising role in the formation of the manufacturers product differentiation and reduce the intensity of price competition . Finally, through two microwave manufacturers differentiate Glanz and beauty business strategy game analysis , the results of this study support a certain extent .
