Abstract


Based on the accounting information about the contract structure of endogenous influence, the different institutional arrangements of accounting information under the contract usefulness. On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper takes the Chinese deep, Shanghai two city 1999-2005 sample listed companies as the research object. In view of our country special system environment, from the nature of property right, industry competition degree, share ratio of the largest shareholder and equity balance degree four Angle, through the multiple linear regression and grouping test method to study the system arrangement of accounting information and the factors affect the correlation between compensation contracts. The results show that the above system arrangement factors in a certain extent significant influence on the accounting information in the compensation contracts of usefulness.
