Abstract


Driven by new scientific and technological revolution of the world,the growth of national wealth and the improvement of human life more and more depend on the accumulation of knowledge and innovation,and independent innovation,especially the capacity of scientific and technological innovation is increasingly becoming an international focal point of competition in overall national strength.Under the context of economic globalization,the inflow of foreign direct investment for developing countries is beyond doubt an important approach of gaining advanced technology or knowledge needed to digest and absorption.Then,foreign direct investment necessarily has certain effects to the enterprises of the host country in independent innovation.Our country is Great Power who uses direct foreign investment,and studying the problem making use of FDI to promote independent innovation of enterprises has very important significance in new period.In this paper,on the basis of research results of the scholars,first of all an analysis of the current situation of foreign direct investment and independent innovation of our country’s enterprises,followed by application of relevant theory to explain the impact way of FDI over independent innovation of enterprises.That is,by what channel FDI affects enterprises’ independent innovation.Then on the basis of gaining the relevance data this paper adopts the econometric model considering the dynamic effects of time changing,and carries out empirical analysis on the impact of FDI over independent innovation of enterprises,reaching the conclusion that with time changing the promoting effects of FDI on the independent innovation of enterprises has come down and analyzing the relevant reasons.Finally,this paper brings forward the relevant thought and countermeasure on how to improve positive role of FDI on independent innovation of our enterprises both from the enterprise and government level.
