Abstract


With the process of urbanization,surrounding the original town of the area belong to the rural areas continue to under the city system,formating of more and more communities in rural areas the overall demolition resettlement.The demolition land resettlement communities,although residents on the "peasant" to "public",at the level of community infrastructure,community services management and labor and employment,social protection with the great difference between urban communities. The overall resettlement demolition for rural communities to urban communities are in transition towards a modern city,it is the only way to improve our overall quality of life. Therefore,studying overall demolition resettlement of rural communities to urban communities in transition is an important theoretical and practical significance.First,this article define the overall placement on the demolition of rural communities,then exploy and analysis the status quo on demolition resettlement communities,trying to find the reason of the issue.The article emphasizes the need for transition.The article introduce the third Lotus community,to form the background and analysis of the experience of successful transformation of the community.The article use the method of dialectical materialism of Marx,which from the general to the individual and from the individual to the general.Emphasis to speed up the urbanization to narrow the gap between town and city,reforming the household registration system and improving the land requisition system.Set up the social security system and employment system for the overall construction of the demolition of rural communities.Let them as a whole city system and share of the results of urbanization.
