Abstract


Investment Environment Evaluation is an important part of the project investment , industrial investment environment evaluation is the evaluation of investment environment in the core content . Spa Hotel Investment Environment Evaluation carry great significance , it is not only a direct impact on investment in the hotel spa , while funded by foreign capital and the size of the region also have important implications . This study describes the theory and summarize regional investment environment , tourism , hotel investment constituted on the basis of environmental indicators , using the Delphi method and AHP constructed spa hotel investment environment evaluation index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method evaluation model was constructed , the last of Chenzhou spa hotel investment environment in an empirical study . The empirical results show that the investment environment in Chenzhou City Spa Hotel Overall \as \For the above conclusion , this thesis has been optimized investment environment in Chenzhou City Spa concrete measures : Optimizing administrative environment , optimizing the economic environment, and vigorously develop tourism, strengthen transportation construction , strengthen infrastructure construction .
