Amphibian skin antimicrobial peptides with broad - spectrum anti-microbial , anti-tumor activity and low immunogenicity , as well as unique antibacterial mechanism , as a new source of a new generation of antibiotic drug candidate molecules into the mainstream of today's international life sciences research hot spots. Representatives of the amphibian species dybowskii (Rana dybowskii) , E. coli (Escherichia coli) and Staphylococcus aureus (Staphyloccocus aureus) is a specific stimulus original were injected to Rana back endolymphatic sac particular time , take its skin methanol extract, via SephadexG - 50 , reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) separation and purification of skin active peptide , E.coli and S.aureus stress Rana skin active peptide expression profile whether the differences , observation E.coli and S.aureus stress under the skin to the active peptide component analysis of skin active peptide differentially expressed in the law ; antibacterial effect of E.coli and S.aureus vitro antibacterial test for subsequent targeted screening the antibacterial activity of peptide -depth discussions of important effectors ( active peptide ) as the first big immune system 's role in the process of biological evolution and the law , and to provide new ideas . The results show that the active peptide component of dybowskii skin antibacterial activity of specific bacteria under stress showed an increasing trend the day different bacterial stress the the HPLC active peptides spectrum display differences in expression levels , which eluted peaks 2,3,4 8, 11 and 13 on the G ~~ - bacteria inhibition and elution peaks 3, 4, 5, 6, and 9 inhibit bacteria G ; eluting peaks with the bacterial stress time and in a certain period of time , the major polypeptide was up-regulated expression , the antibacterial activity also showed an increasing trend . The body , the different bacteria the Stress dybowskii skin selective expression of specific antimicrobial peptide component polypeptide composition and expression levels increased the specific microbial stress antibacterial activity .
