Phenolic compounds are highly toxic substances , have toxic effects on the human body and the environment , therefore, phenolic compounds detection is very important . In recent years , applied to measured phenol amperometric enzyme biosensor has high sensitivity , low cost , easy to realize the advantages of automation has attracted widespread attention . The main contents of the work are as follows: Prussian blue (PB) film modified glassy carbon electrode prepared with a \Prepared amperometric the tyrosinase measurement phenol biosensor new technology . Biosensor preparation conditions , operating conditions were optimized . Investigated tyrosinase measured phenol biosensor response performance of phenolic compounds , kinetic properties , selectivity , and stability . The results show that : tyrosinase measured phenol biosensor for phenol - response linear range of 0 ~ 100μmol / L, sensitivity to 27.25 mA / μmol · L -1 sup>, the response time is less than 10s , seized a limit of 1.06μmol / L. Experimental proof of the biosensor to catechol and hydroquinone better response . Combination of silica sol - gel entrapped enzyme preparation amperometric based on Prussian blue of phenol measuring glucose oxidase electrode . Experimental results show: the prepared enzyme electrode , the optimum working potential of -0.15 V, the optimum phosphate buffer pH = 6.5 , and the most suitable temperature 35 ° C the best fixed amount of glucose oxidase 60μg, the best amount of glucose solution of 1 mmol / L. The effects of glucose oxidase electrode response properties of dynamical properties of the phenolic compounds , selectivity , and stability . The experimental results show that the phenol : glucose oxidase electrode showed good response and good selectivity . In addition , this work also examines the heavy metal the ion -Hg 2 < / sup > inhibition of tyrosinase biosensors . The experimental results show that : in the working potential of -0.20 V, the phosphate buffer at pH = 5.5 , of Hg the 2 sup> the presence of inhibition of the current response of the biosensor of phenol , and the inhibition of the current size and Hg < sup> 2 sup> linear relationship between the concentration in a certain range . The tyrosinase biosensors will be suppressed immersed in EDTA solution for 10 min , the biosensor can restore partial response performance .
