Abstract


Since September,2006,Hefei has entered the "Big Construction"stage,each urban construction progressed by leaps and bounds,but the area of "Historical Building"in the downtown is being intensely impacted by Large-scale city renewal movement, Protection motion is imminent.It makes it’s hard that any passive and static methods of histotic preservation can make any ideal effects.While we should enhance the Public consciousness of historic preservation we should also explore more thorough alternatives on historic preservation under the market economy situation.This paper intends to research on how to successfully preserved and develop hefei historic buildings undsr the vast city construclion circumstance,in foundation of analysis on Hefei historical relics and near modern outstanding construction resources present situation,uniting Hefei historical relics and near modern outstanding construction protection plan establishment,Launching the research on the Protection,Utilization and Redevelopment Mode of the historical building sensitive area,this paper will pay attenion to the historical buildings of the protection plan system.By analyzing the pattern of preserving and reuseing to tranditional blocks and buildings,lying in lots of reuseing of trandional buildings sensitive area,successful experience of Europe cities,lessons from practical remolding,the paper makes a great deal of analysis and discussion from the pattern to public policy of tranditional blocks and builings,it could be the research reference during the process of hefei.At last,the Paper conclude some tips on tradional buildings Preservationand developmeni,the authors sugests that the designer take district planning,social economics,psychology and other aspect into consideration and construct plat form That is compound model in historic conservation and development.It is recommended that the architect,government officer and People collaborate together on the Preservation and development,and carry forward the spirit of traditional architecture culture in the new time and tide.
