At present, during big cities and especially big cities ,due to assembling of population、property and so on, there are many problems producing, such as the traffic block、the nervous of space、the worsen of the environment of our live、the down of quality of air and a series of problem caused by big cities ,which seriously confine the development of cities.Changchun as the capital of the province of JILIN, which attract more people、property and so on to assemble here, so the scale of population and space increase rapidly. Because of this, in the core of the city where appear the phenomenon of excess crowding, and finally bring the rapid falling of benefit. So the city of Changchun will face to a real difficulty which is how to overcome the problem of crowing.According to the reality, this thesis combine with city planning, urban geography, urban economics and other disciplines related to the theory, in the base of the evolution of space development, and formation mechanism and so on, advancing that Changchun should put more attention to the diffusing of the function of city to resolve the problem, in the process ,it should also consider the experience of the especial big city at home and abroad, focusing on the future of Changchun City, the model of the spread of urban functions and the specific path, with a view to the development of Changchun City must help.Under this thesis, including the main part of the contents of five:The first Chapter: this chapter as the basic theory , explaining the concept of the diffusing of the function of city and theory relates to it ,Such as the effect of assembling、diffusing、function、the diffusing of function of the city and so on .
