Abstract

Pine wood nematode (Bursaphelenchus xylophilus) wilt disease, is a devastating tree disease has attracted worldwide attention, but has not found a way to completely control the disease, and how to use biological means to control, prevent the occurrence of the disease and spread, but also become a hot research stage. Study on pine Yimu Ninghai City on the analysis of nematode-trapping fungi, nematode-trapping fungi initially got the tree species and the distribution of the measured intensity of the effect of predation and with other The role of the relationship between arboreal fungi. The results are as follows: 1, the study from Ninghai City on Pine Yimu, isolated and identified a total of seven kinds of nematode-trapping fungi, including Arthrobotrys genus (Arthrobotry) of five kinds and Monacrosporium genus (Monacrosporium ) of two kinds. Apart from a small spore Arthrobotrys (A.oligospora), the remaining six kinds of pine wood nematode-trapping fungi Fusarium epidemic are new on the distribution of wood species, including: leafy minor Arthrobotrys (A.cladodes), Curvularia Festival Cong spore (A.musiformis), tree Arthrobotrys (A.dendroides), oval Monacrosporium (M.ellipsosporum), wonderful Monacrosporium (M.thaumasium), long Arthrobotrys (A.polycephala). Pine wilt nematode epidemic fungi on wood is very rich, how to make good use of these resources until the control to reduce the harm Pine wilt become a focus of future research. Arboreal predatory fungi is dependent on the pine wood nematode, healthy pine nematode-trapping fungi is not isolated; bark on the wood nematode-trapping fungi than on; arboreal predator nematodes and soil fungi may The nematode-trapping fungi there is a close relationship. Each month the detected number of nematode-trapping fungi species and species differences, 7,9,11 month in which bacteria species were abundant, and separation rate is higher. November is less dominant species spore Arthrobotrys, followed by Alternaria leaf minor plexus; July and September are minor leafy clump spore. In all parts of the tree, leafy clump minor spore most widely distributed, and the separation rate is higher. Therefore, the region's dominant strains. 2, Pine wilt epidemic from wood isolated on six trees perched nematode soil fungi and roots of one kind of nematode-trapping fungi, respectively, in two kinds of prey under different trophic effect measurement tests. Experiment showed that the effect of the tested strains were predatory, or in the early, or late, or remain relatively stable predator effect. Bulls Arthrobotrys predation rate is highest, most adaptable for the test fungi in the predator nematode strains best; arboreal fungi on pine wood nematode predation effect is generally higher than soil fungi ; arboreal Arthrobotrys fungi in the predator effect than Monacrosporium; LPDA media processing than LCMA medium predator treatment effect is stable. It was also found that the arboreal and pine wood nematode-trapping fungi exist between interdependence and mutual restraint dynamic relationship, over time, the pine wood nematode prey situation may be new changes. 3, arboreal fungi separation experiments were isolated 29 strains of any other arboreal, from selection of a representative of the genus Trichoderma (Trichoderma), Pestalotiopsis spp (Pestalotiopsis), Verticillium spp (Verticillium ) strains each one, respectively, with less spore Arthrobotrys (A.oligospora) conducted experiments confrontation. Experiments include: a small spore Arthrobotrys habitat trees with a dual culture of fungi, fungus habitat trees with two dual culture. Found that as the number of arboreal species and fungi changes, A.oligospora is inhibited or promoted results will be significantly different, even completely opposite results. If A.oligospora with Trichoderma cultured alone, A.oligospora is suppressed, and when A.oligospora, Trichoderma and Pestalotiopsis cocultures, A.oligospora been promoted.
