Abstract

This paper doll series New Guinea Impatiens good 'equator', 'Orange Flame' varieties of materials, first study the N, P, K, Fe, Ca, Mg deficiency impact on its growth and development, summed up the appearance of deficiency symptoms, combined with Nutrient analysis of plant nutrition diagnosis, focusing on the N nutrition research to explore the different levels of N and N form proportionate to its growth and nutrient absorption, the main research results are as follows: a deficiency experiments summarized through lack N, P, K , Fe, Ca, Mg appearance of symptoms when the two varieties N, P, K treatments exhibited typical deficiency symptoms, 'equator' varieties lack Fe symptoms are obvious. Two experimental binding through the N-level changes in leaf color, flower quality, chlorophyll content and nutrient analysis to explore the boundaries of malnutrition N concentration and fit its growing range of concentrations. (1) When the concentration is lower than for N 90mg / L, the two species showed a typical N deficiency symptom, the next bit older leaves produce significant yellowing symptoms, followed by a new upper leaf color anomalies. (2) When the concentration of N supply 90-240mg / L between, leaf normal. Experimental results show that the improved level N: for N concentrations in 150-210mg / L within the scope of normal growth and development to meet the plant and flower quality at 180mg / L treatment performed well, the level of treatment may be considered more desirable. (3) When the concentration is greater than for N 240mg / L, the flowering decline in quality, the lower leaves appear normal, abnormal upper leaves, 'equator' varieties from the bronze to green, 'Orange Flame' variety from yellow to green to dark green , showing the N overdose symptoms. Three different N forms for N scale experiments in the concentration of 100mg / L premise, through the regulation of NO 3 -N and NH 4 -N ratio explore different forms N ratio on the new Guinea Impatiens Growth. (A) a single NH 4 -N and NO 3 -N treatment plants can grow and blossom, flower quality in NO 3 - < / sup>: NH 4 = 3:7 when performed better; NO 3 - : NH 4 = 5:5 is more suitable for the growth and development of New Guinea impatiens. With NO 3 -N ratio improved upper leaves exception when NO 3 - : NH 4 > 5:5 upper new leaves when there are different degrees of yellowing phenomenon. (2) a single NO 3 -N treatment root dry weight, root length, root surface area, root volume with minimal compared to other treatments, NO 3 - : NH 4 = 3:7-5:5 more conducive to root growth.
