Abstract


Objective: handle myocardial protection after sevoflurane in isolated rat cardiac ischemia - reperfusion injury model to study the different concentrations of lidocaine . Methods: Langendorff perfusion system , the establishment of myocardial ischemia and 40min reperfusion a 60min injury model measured of ventricular mechanics indicators at each time point and reperfusion coronary effluent lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) content in isolated rat heart . The end of the experiment the determination of myocardial infarct size . 48 heart randomly divided into 6 groups (n = 8): ischemic (ISCH) group , sevoflurane post-processing (SPC) group , sevoflurane concentration , respectively , 10 and 20μg/ml of lidocaine processing ( SPC Lid - 2 , SPC Lid - 10 and SPC Lid - 20 ) group and 10μg/ml lidocaine treatment (Lid -10 ) group . Results: Compared with the ISCH group , sevoflurane after treatment of myocardial infarct size was reduced from 47.3 ± 5.6% to 18.6 ± 3.1% ( p <0.05 ) reduced the reperfusion period effluent LDH levels , significantly improves ventricular mechanics indicators , increase coronary blood flow . A 20μg/ml The lidocaine cancel the cardioprotective effect of sevoflurane post-processing . Conclusion: supra-therapeutic dose of lidocaine can block sevoflurane treatment of myocardial protection .
