Abstract

Objective clinical efficacy observation of the capsule treatment Boxintong angina pectoris and in patients with hyperlipidemia, platelet aggregation rate, clear the efficacy and safety of the treatment of angina pectoris, Onion preparation for the yang of Chinese medicine in the treatment of angina pectoris clinical basis. Materials and Methods select July 2005 December 2005 the Wuhan hospital outpatient and cardiovascular ward patients with angina pectoris, 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, two groups of patients were disabled before treatment with oral medicine and nitrates five days of class preparations, conventional treatments such as calcium antagonists, β-blockers, ACEI, statins maintain the original amount of constant labor to maintain the status quo unchanged. The treatment group received Boxintong to capsule the control the group given JiuXinWan, patients were treated for four weeks, clinical efficacy after the end of treatment were compared before and after treatment, ECG, blood lipids and platelet aggregation test results. Statistics with (?) ± s T test, the treatment groups the comparative efficacy Ridit analysis, sample rate X ~ 2 test was used to compare. Results (1) comparison of the clinical efficacy: stroke Naoxintong group of 29 patients were cured, 11 cases (37.93%), effective in 10 cases (34.48%), improvement in 6 cases (20.69%), 2 cases (6.90%) The total effective rate was 93.10%; rescue heart pill group 28 cases, effective in 4 Li (13.79%), effective 10 Li (35.71%), improved 12 Li (42.86%), invalid 2 cases (7.14%), total have efficiency of 92.88% between the two groups showed no significant difference (P> 0.05). (2) a comparison of the two sets of ECG changes: Boxintong group abnormal ECG, 29 cases were cured, 12 cases (41.38%), effective in 10 cases (34.48%), improved in four cases (13.79%), 3 cases (10.34%) , with a total effective rate of 89.29%. Jiuxin pill group abnormal ECG, 28 cases were cured, 3 cases (10.74%), effective in 13 cases (46.43%), improved in 10 cases (35.71%), 2 cases (7.14%), the total efficiency of 92.59% between the two groups relative no significant difference (P> 0.05). (3) a comparison of the two sets of blood lipid levels: between the two groups before treatment, no significant difference (P> 0.05) between the two groups after treatment, a significant difference (P <0.05); Boxintong group before and after treatment There is a significant difference (P <0.05). (4) changes in maximum platelet aggregation rate comparison: the maximum platelet aggregation rate decreased significantly after treatment, a significant difference (P <0.05), Boxintong effective than JiuXinWan. (5) security indicators detect security indicators: Boxintong Capsule test results indicate that the drug does not have a significant adverse reactions and side effects, a wider range of clinical safety. The conclusion Boxintong capsule significantly reduced low-density lipoprotein and platelet aggregation, increased high-density lipoprotein, and to improve the symptoms of patients with angina pectoris, safe and effective clinical applications.
