Abstract


" Go to bed with the lamb,rise with the lark,plough a field for food,boring for water"-farming life which maintained for thousands of years was given a political image fifty years ago.The hundreds of millions of peasants regarded as "stupid,weak, sick,private" by Yan Yangchu had been organized miraculously in the people’s communes for only two months.The miracle was only created by the force of state power,which caused vulnerable social structure.The paper uses the role of the production team leader as analytical angle to research Chengguan communes of Southern Shanxi.The first part of the body thinks relationship between the production team leader and member of the team is "Father and Son" ".The second part of the body describes relationship between the production team leader and production team manager is "son and father".So that the paper thought the people’s commune operated in accordance with bureaucracy and obeyed centralized management of the country.Managers at all levels complied with the administrative principle that the lower Party organizations to the higher;peasant subject to the production team leader. The people’s communes operated in accordance with bureaucracy caused bottom-up order and top-down obedience.Despite power extends in various fields of the local community because of the bureaucracy,Protection but restraint,Submission but Rebellion among the production team leader,team members and the production team Manager was similar to the relationship between a son and his father puting into bureaucracy.Through the above description and the paper attributed the production of three conclusions by combing with my father Max·Weber’s theory and analysis above:Firstly,the unique way of the expansion of our national power is to "put into the patriarchal system into a bureaucratic system."Secondly,the paper thinks the substance of the social structure is "the expansion of the patriarchal system" and questioned the "honeycomb" structure described by Vivian ? Shue,which only saw separation between production team,production brigade,the commune,but neglected the link;only saw the top-down control but neglected the bottom-up resistance.The indirect obedience or even fight of production team leader and rebellion of members of the commune are important factors leading to structural changes.Thirdly,patriarchal structure is vulnerable,the people’s commune dissolute inevitably as the traditional family.
