Abstract

The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy, information integration, foreign languages ??(especially English), the important role of education in education, has attracted the attention of world governments and the public. The main reason is that the level of foreign language directly affect the speed and quality of the international exchange of information. Not only does it reflect a country's level of education, but also affect the country's economic development. With the acceleration of the process of globalization and China and the world of international exchanges become more frequent, the versatile talents of the 21st century, China's increasing demand. At the same time, making our higher education is facing more fierce competition in the international environment, the international trend of internationalization of education and talents to promote the urgently needed in this case, the expertise of a number of specialist knowledge, but also need to master foreign language languages ??compound talents. In order to cater to the needs of this growing talent in many places in China try to implement the bilingual teaching. How to improve the quality of foreign language teaching, has become the focus of the university reform. Bilingual teaching is such a teaching mode, that is a foreign language as the medium of language teaching to learn the knowledge of other disciplines, bilingual education is the means of teaching a culture of international talent. For different historical, social, economic and other purposes, many countries and regions (such as: United States, Canada, Singapore, etc.) implementation of bilingual education. Currently, many of our colleges and universities, the bilingual teaching is in the trial stage. Bilingual education in China started in the 1990s. Due to a late start, the current bilingual education inevitably in many ways there are still some problems, for example, the lack of language policy, a shortage of bilingual teachers, the courses which are suitable for bilingual education? Classroom language teaching how to use Chinese and English language teaching?, the problem of the shortage of bilingual teachers has become a bottleneck in the development of bilingual teaching. In view of this, the study of the status of the current bilingual teacher training has important practical significance for enhancing the quality of bilingual teachers, to improve bilingual teachers, explore bilingual teacher training development path with Chinese characteristics. With the deepening of language learning and language applications, especially in today's era of economic globalization, interdisciplinary study of language has attracted the attention of a growing number of experts and scholars. Therefore, it is closely linked to a number of disciplines and linguistics, such as sociolinguistics, psycholinguistics, designed to improve the practical application of the value of language learning.
