Abstract


This article studies the impact of language policy and language planning of foreign language teaching and analyzes the characteristics and shortcomings of the current foreign language education planning, and foreign language education reform recommendations. Language education planning is a very important aspect of language planning. Each country, because of their own circumstances, taken language education planning is different. Language planning policy paper selected several typical countries of Denmark, Singapore, the United States, Australia, special education planning policy comparison and analysis, the following conclusions: 1. Currently, each country's language planning their English teaching in an important position . From language planning and language policy in these countries, China can learn good aspects, combined with their own situation, the development of our language planning and language policy, as well as English, foreign language education planning. Article on China's foreign language education planning, analysis and research, the main English language education planning, object of study, including College English Syllabus, college English teaching materials, English teaching methods, teaching evaluation system as well as today's multimedia-oriented high-tech teaching facilities usage. Through comparative analysis, the study of the past and present situation of language education planning, and through questionnaires to collect data for quantitative analysis. Characteristics, inadequate and need to be improved in the future local authors investigated the current status of English teaching, as well as the views of the college teachers of China's current foreign language education planning, combined with personal teaching experience, a detailed analysis of the research object, point to understand China's foreign language education planning . University CET exam as an important assessment tools, after the 2006 reform, the inadequacies still exist: English teaching in order to pass the exam, the pace gradually confound the excessive pressure of teachers and students, English to override other professional courses above and more. Course requirements, add the contents of the multimedia network teaching, multimedia teaching is efficient and intuitive, easy to stimulate students' interest, but, more passive students accepted knowledge, and the lack of communication between teachers and students. Multimedia teaching can not be completely universal, because of the high cost of high-tech teaching equipment, maintenance is difficult, this is an important reason to hinder its development. Foreign language education planning is still a new thing, is evolving. The authors propose to strengthen the non-English-disciplinary professional English teaching, and teaching English at the University of heat transfer to the Masters and Ph.D. in English teaching English teaching and the relationship of the mother-tongue learning coordinate. China's foreign language education planning needs reasonable language planning and policy guidance, so as to avoid detours, to make our country more powerful competitiveness in the international community.
